Sore and my stitches pull when I laugh, cough, sneeze or move to fast. Just going crazy with the four walls of my apartment!

I'm always inside anyway, so that isnt the biggest problem for me. Thank Primus I have disolving stitches, dont have to get them removed. But coughing and some moves hurt a lot yea. not allowed to lift more then 1lb per arm. Meaning I cant snuggle my kitty T_T
